The insured person just has to submit a few documents at our insurance desk and we shall take it forward to make sure that the patient has a hassle free process.

What is the process to avail this service?
Patient chooses a date for the Surgery
Submit documents required at our insurance desk
Claim approval request is sent
Once claim in approved, Surgery is confirmed
Surgery is completed
After follow up, patients will be discharged
Final insurance approval is given to the hospital

3 years of policy copies
Health card of the patient
Aadhar card of the patient and the proposer
Pan card of the patient and the proposer
Passport size photo
For Corporate Insurance
Health card of the patient
Aadhar card of the patient and the Employee
